Getting daily rejection letters and emails empties your self-esteem bank and sometimes it never replenishes. Being told you are over qualified and that taking your hard-earned education off your resume is what will get you hired is at the very least degrading. If it is taken off employers frown on that as well and think you weren’t smart enough to get into college. So, job seekers are caught between a rock and a hard place. How do we break through and set ourselves apart from the pack? Try something new and innovative with your resume. Create a resume website that showcases your education, experience, and your humanity. That is what I did. It’s only been a few months but I have generated some interest. I have faith that my efforts will pay off with the perfect job with the most perfect corporation on the planet! They will appreciate my talent and I will think they hung the moon with some awesome benefits!
